AI-PHOQUS is a project implemented as part of the National Research, Innovation and Competitiveness Program for the Green and Digital Transition 2021–2027 (PN RIC 2021-2027) with the contribution of the European Union.
The project aims to progressively integrate Artificial Intelligence and quantum technologies with the photonics, micro- and nano-fabrication, and advanced networks sectors.
AI-PHOQUS aims to build a multidisciplinary framework that fosters collaboration between public and private entities and the development of new services and technologies for the benefit of both the scientific community and businesses, with strategic applications in the health, industrial, energy, and environmental sectors.
AI-PHOQUS involves a large national partnership, made up of universities and research institutions: CNR, IMT Alti Studi Lucca, University of Messina, Polytechnic University of Milan, University of L'Aquila, University of Pisa, University of Genoa, Scuola Normale Superiore, University of Palermo, University of Rome "La Sapienza", University of Catania, University of Bologna.
